Located in the prestigious Casa Al Mare building, this studio apartment offers complete privacy and the comfort of new construction. While we do not live in this building ourselves, our commitment to your pleasant stay remains the same – we are here for any recommendations, assistance, or transfer arrangements, just as you have come to expect from us.

• Beach: Less than 100 meters from your door.

• Transport & Shops: A grocery store and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity, easily connecting you to the center of Budva or the rest of Bečići.

• Parking: Private parking is not included in the price. Public parking (limited capacity) is available in front of the building, and there is an option to rent a garage space at the Casa Al Mare reception for an additional fee.
